If you don t have a credit card we will need your reconfirmation by phone on the day of your arrival before 9 A.M. in the morning ! If you wont call then your reservation will be canceled.
Cancellation police is 48 hours.
Do you provide pillows, sheets, blankets, bedlinen?
Yes, all this is ready for you in the room. Small towels also.
What is a twin room ?
All of our rooms have separate singl beds (80cm/200cm). In the twin room are two separate single beds, if you want you can put them together. We dont have a queensize beds or double beds.
What type of rooms do you have ?
We have : apartments - it means bathroom is common only for two separate private rooms or we offer private rooms with private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
Apartment, what does it mean ?
In one apartment they are two separate private rooms, and these two rooms are allways sharing one bathroom (shower and toilet).
What are Dormitory rooms ?
Dormitory is 5 -10 bedded room which you share with other tourists. Bathroom and kitchen is private only for this room. Lockers are inside only in some dormitories rooms.
Are the Dorm roms mixed or single sex ?
Most of our dormrooms are mixed.
Shower/toilet facilities ?
All the facilities are cleaned daily and are open 24hours. Hot showers are available free of charge at all times.
What is the latest time we can get in the Hostel
- do you have curfew ?
You can get in the hostel any time, we have no curfew…open 24 hours a day. Reception is open non-stop.
Can we pay in Euro in your Hostel ?
Do you exchange money ?
No. You have to pay in Czech currency or by credit card for the accommodation. For the other extras which we sell at the reception you can pay in EUR. Wee dont change money, but near our Hostel cca 2 minutes walk are 3 main banks where you can change money.
How much is 1 EURO in Czech crowns ?
1 EUR = about 26,- CZK

What payment methods do you accept ?
After your arrival you can pay by cash in Czech currency only or you can pay by credit card - we accept - Visa, Eurocard Master Card, American Express, JCB.
When is the check out/in time ?
Check out time is 10:00 A.M. Check in time is 02:00 P.M. Sometimes the check in time can be earlier, just ask at the reception.
What time is the breakfast and what do you serve ?
Yes, we offer breakfast. It is on request and for extra cost 100 CZK. You should order it at last one day before. Its served from 9-12am. For groups the time can be changed.
Can we leave our store our luggages in your Hostel ?
Yes you can, we have a luggages room for free for you.
Do you have lockers ?
Yes, but lockers are only in some dormitory room. You can also leave your passports, tickets, credit cards and other valuable things in the reception safes.
How far it is from your Hostel to the city center ?
10 minutes walk to the Old Town Square.
5 minutes walk to the Prague Castle.
2 minutes walk to the Charles Bridge.
How much does it costs to take a taxi from the Airport to your hostel ?
Approximately 600,-CZK

Kitchen and food ?
All rooms with private bathroom have fully equiped kitchens. There is common area with common kitchen also. In the same building is mini-market, and a cross the street great shop with fruits and vegetables and other.. Starbucks, Subway, McDonalds 3 minutes on foot from us.:)

Smoking in the rooms ?
Smoking in the room is prohibited. There is common area outside, where is also place for smokers.
Is there a minumum or maximum age to stay ?
There is no upper age limit to stay. Everybody can stay.
Is there a minumum or maximum number of nights which we have to stay ?
No. There is discount for long term stays, ask in advance by email.
